Alan Wilimitis, D.O.

Dr. Alan Wilimitis received his medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He completed his internship at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton and pediatric residency at Dayton Children's Medical Center. He enjoys taking care of children from birth through adolescence. Dr. Wilimitis lives in Dayton with his wife Valarie. They have four children and he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing.

Lauren Ford, M.D.

Dr. Lauren Ford received her Doctorate of Medicine Degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2013. She was awarded the Wright State University of Boonshoft SOM Department of Pediatrics Award in 2013, recognizing Dr. Ford as the top graduating medical student for demonstrating outstanding performance in pediatrics during the clinical years. She completed her post graduate residency in Pediatrics at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. Ford enjoys hiking, yoga, playing with her puppy Juno, reading fiction novels and spending quality time with her husband, family and friends.

Lori Dearing, M.D.

Dr. Kathryn "Lori" Dearing received her Medical Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1999. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. She has worked as a Pediatrician for the United States Air Force at both Lackland and Wright Patterson Air Force Bases. Dr. Dearing considers it an honor to develop a relationship with each family, to be supportive at each important stage, and to help each child achieve his or her fullest potential. She enjoys traveling, cooking, participating in triathlons, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

 
 
 

Blake Hatfield, D.O.

Dr. Blake Hatfield received her medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. She completed her post graduate residency in Pediatrics through Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, training at Dayton Children’s Hospital and Wright-Patterson Airforce Base Medical Center. Her favorite part of providing pediatric care is getting to know families and following kids through all stages of childhood and adolescence. Outside of the office she enjoys upcycling projects, reading a good mystery, and spending time with her family and friends.

Shannon Jacobs, FNP-C

Shannon received her APRN degree from Cedarville University in 2018. Prior to working at CASC, she was a women’s health nurse including labor & deliver, and post-partum care. She was a level 2 NICU nurse as well.

Shannon lives in the Tipp City area with her husband, children and three dogs. Last year she was super excited to be promoted to Grandma. She spends a lot of her spare time with her granddaughter. Shannon also enjoys attending church at Victory Church in Tipp City. Along with spending time with her family and friends and attending church, she enjoys hot summer days, reading and practicing yoga.

Jessica Rizzotte, PNP-C

Jessica Rizzotte received her bachelor's degree in biology from Ohio Northern University and her master's degree in nursing from the Ohio State University. Jessica has been part of our team of providers here at Child & Adolescent Specialty Care since 2016. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, sewing, and working outside in her garden.

 

Stacy Sullenberger, PNP-C

Stacy Sullenberger comes to us with over 20 years of experience in pediatrics. She received her BSN from Bowling Green State University in 2000 then her master's degree from Wright State University in 2012. That same year Stacy passed her certification exam and became a certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Over the years, she has worked at Mercy Children's Hospital, Dayton Children's Hospital, and here at Child & Adolescent Specialty Care. Stacy lives in the Dayton area with her husband and three children. She enjoys watching her kids play soccer, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
